Students are required to read and understand the Halton Board Technological Education safety data sheets and Mr. Laxton's course safety sheets prior to using any classroom equipment.

Students will also be required to sign a Computer Technology Safety Passport sheet to indicate that they have read and understood the safety information on this webpage and linked safety equipment webpages.

The following links in the table below are to the Mr. Laxton's Computer Technology Class Safety Passport items that students need to read. Students will be asked to sign a safety sheet in class to verify that they have read and understand these online safety items. Students will also sign a sheet in class after being given a visual demonstration by the teacher on safe use of each tool and equipment used in room 225:
